Our online presence reflects this intentional energy, and we are seeking a Social Media Manager to help us grow and maintain that digital atmosphere.

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager to oversee the daily content creation, planning, and publishing for our Instagram and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, a refined eye for aesthetics, and a passion for wellness and mindful living.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and publish daily posts on Instagram and Facebook
Create, edit, and optimize reels and short-form video content
Develop and present a 30-day content calendar each month
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for all content
Schedule and organize posts using appropriate tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite)
Maintain and enhance the established visual and tonal aesthetic of Peace on the Pond
Stay up to date with social media trends relevant to wellness, nature retreats, and luxury experiences

Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media for lifestyle, wellness, or luxury brands
Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing platforms
Strong video editing and content creation skills, especially for Reels
Excellent written communication and caption writing abilities
Strong sense of design, layout, and Instagram aesthetics
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback

Preferred
Familiarity with brand voice consistency and building online communities
Interest in or connection to mindfulness, wellness, or retreat-style experiences
