About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in the short-term rental industry to help manage operations across 4 active Airbnb listings located in Gatlinburg (TN), Panama City Beach (FL), Myrtle Beach (SC), and near Disney World (FL). The focus of this position is revenue management and platform support, with opportunities for growth over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update dynamic pricing strategies via PriceLabs to optimize occupancy and revenue

Monitor Airbnb and Hospitable for new bookings, guest messages, and calendar changes

Adjust pricing based on market trends, local events, and competitor analysis

Run weekly reports on occupancy rates and revenue performance

Coordinate automated messages and guest communications in Hospitable

Identify underperforming listings and suggest corrective actions

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Airbnb listings or as a co-host

Proficiency with PriceLabs, Hospitable, and the Airbnb platform

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Strong written communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new tools and systems

Availability during U.S. business hours for regular check-ins

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a revenue manager or dynamic pricing specialist

Basic understanding of guest satisfaction strategies and metrics
