E-commerce Virtual Assistant for Dutch Webshop (WooCommerce + Elementor – Product Uploads, Pricing, Photos)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our e-commerce store: alarmcamera.be, a webshop specializing in security cameras and alarm systems.

Our webshop is in Dutch, but you do not need to speak Dutch — you can use ChatGPT or Google Translate to help generate Dutch product content. All product layout and styling is done using Elementor (WordPress page builder), so experience with Elementor is a plus.

You’ll be responsible for adding and updating products, uploading images and datasheets, checking prices, and maintaining a consistent and clean layout.

???? Responsibilities:

Add and update products in WooCommerce

Upload and format product photos and PDF datasheets

Check and update prices (based on supplier lists or competitor checks)

Maintain categories, tags, and proper layout using Elementor

Translate English content into Dutch using ChatGPT or Google Translate

Apply our branding and styling guidelines consistently

Use provided templates and examples to format product pages

? Requirements:

Experience with WooCommerce

Experience with Elementor (preferred) or similar page builders

Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel (CSV)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good English communication

Willingness to use AI tools (ChatGPT / Google Translate)

Can work independently with clear instructions
