Social Media Copywriter – Personal Branding Agency (LinkedIn Expertise Required)
We're a personal branding agency that helps high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs grow their influence through powerful content. We’re looking for a Social Media Copywriter who lives and breathes LinkedIn, understands the nuances of persuasive writing, and can consistently deliver copy that converts attention into authority.

This is an ongoing, remote position with potential to expand based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Writing engaging, high-performing copy for LinkedIn posts (primarily) and other social platforms as needed.

Leveraging proven social media and copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 4 C’s, etc.) that are proven to convert while also aligning with each individual client’s voice and audience.

Creating scroll-stopping hooks, concise messaging, and compelling CTAs.

Working closely with our team of strategists, designers, and editors to turn ideas into impactful content.

Using AI tools (like ChatGPT) responsibly to ideate, research, or optimize—not to write final drafts.

Meeting weekly deadlines and delivering on time, every time.

You’re a Fit If You:
Are a clear, concise, and persuasive writer who understands what makes people engage, click, and comment.

Know how to adapt tone and style to different voices and audiences.

Have proven experience writing social media content, especially for thought leaders, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs.

Know LinkedIn content inside and out from thought leadership posts to strategic storytelling and authority-building content.

Understand and can apply copywriting frameworks and formulas without needing to be trained on them.

Are organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Are comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Asana, and ChatGPT to enhance workflow.

Take feedback well and are hungry to grow with a fast-paced, excellence-driven team.

Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a personal branding or marketing agency setting.

Strong portfolio of social copy samples (LinkedIn preferred).

Proficiency in writing across multiple content types (short-form, story-driven, direct response).

Familiarity with AI tools (but confidence in your own voice and process).

Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple clients or projects.

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience writing for founders, executives, recruiters, or thought leaders.

Understand personal branding strategy and positioning.

Can provide ideas and strategy—not just execution.
