Kajabi Funnel Specialist & Strategist (Full-Time, $1,500–$3,000/month USD)

We’re looking for a seasoned Kajabi Funnel Strategist to lead full-funnel strategy, tech buildout, and course development for an upcoming personal brand launch and multiple client projects in the coaching/education space.

This is a remote, full-time contractor role with strong potential for long-term collaboration. You'll be joining a fast-moving, strategic team where your Kajabi expertise will shape real results.

Who You Are
You’re a Kajabi expert with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing complete funnels. But beyond that, you:
- Think strategically and see how a funnel connects to the larger business model
- Proactively find gaps in course content or funnel logic and offer creative fixes
- Communicate clearly and confidently with minimal hand-holding
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-oriented team
- Good english

Your Kajabi Superpowers
You know how to:
- Build high-converting Kajabi funnels with upsells, downsells, order bumps
- Create and automate full email sequences (launches, evergreen, onboarding, etc.)
- Translate a funnel map into working pages, automation logic, and checkout flows
- Design clean, conversion-optimized slides and lesson modules
- Spot missing pieces in a course or funnel experience and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and designers as needed

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful)
- Canva or other slide design tools
- Copywriting finesse (or a good eye for cleaning up rough drafts)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and build a fully mapped funnel for a September personal brand launch
- Build two client funnels in Kajabi from strategy to execution
- Design slide decks and lessons from outlines (modules already outlined)
- Set up all funnel pages, automations, tags, email logic, and thank-you flows
- Work closely with our project manager and growth team to ensure alignment

Availability & Tools
- Full-time contractor (40 hrs/week)
- Must have 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time (CT)
- Daily communication via Slack, with tasks managed in Basecamp or similar tools
- You’ll be working directly with a lean team that values clarity, speed, and impact

COMPENSATION:
- Monthly retainer: $1,500 to $3,000 USD depending on experience and fit
- Paid monthly
- Potential for long-term growth and increased scope if results are strong
