SNF AR Specialist

Paid Hours per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time) ( includes half hour of unpaid lunchbreak)
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have suitable working space and stable internet connection with two screens. They will also handle their own benefits and taxes.

Roles and Responsibilities
•?????Ensures all claims are submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, patients and other payers
•?????Accurately and timely post insurance payments, and follow up claim denials
•?????Generate aging report, analyze and work on unpaid claims within the standard timely filing timeframe
•?????Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat)

Requirements
•?????Knowledgeable with medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, appeals
•?????Handled Medical Billing for an SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
•?????Excellent verbal and written English skills
•?????Amenable working night shift
