We're an AI agency specializing in sales automation systems for service-based businesses.

Our strategies are based on our Founders 20yrs of sales experience that we've used to develop proven Ai sales systems that clients love.

Our clients are successful companies that generate leads but need help converting more prospects into appointments and sales.

Why this role is different: I'm an experienced leader who has successfully managed Filipino sales professionals for 5+ years. I understand BPO culture, the importance of clear operating procedures, simple KPIs, and how to help talented SDRs advance their careers.

What You'll Do Daily:

-Execute outbound calling, text and social media DM campaigns to qualified prospects
-Text outreach to warm leads and follow-ups
-Book qualified appointments for our sales team
-Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
-Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings

Target Market: You'll be calling service business owners (contractors, consultants, professional service providers) who advertise and already get leads but want to improve their conversion rates to get more sales.

Success Metrics & Compensation:

Your Daily Activity KPIs will be a mix of the following:

100+ outbound calls
100+ personalized DMs
25+ text messages/follow-up responses to leads that want to learn more or book appointments.

**Most days are mixed with some calls, some DMs and some text messages**

Results at KPI: 8-12 qualified appointments booked per week

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $3.00/hr USD x 40hrs = $480.00/month (depending on experience)
Appointment Bonus: $10 USD/per qualified appointment
Sales Bonus: Minimum bonus $25 USD/per sale when your appointment becomes a paying client

Potential Monthly Earnings: $1000-1500 USD/month for top performers

We use Wise to make payments.

Required Experience:

1-2+ years BPO or US employer experience with outbound calling/sales/lead gen or appointment setting
Proven track record hitting activity and results metrics
Experience with CRM systems like HighLevel and lead management
Strong English communication (both written and verbal)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Coachable and eager to learn AI/tech industry
Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
Goal-oriented with competitive mindset
Interest in growing into senior roles
Available for US business hours overlap (we're based in Florida, EST time zone, but we work with clients across the US)
MUST have reliable internet (with a backup internet source preferred) and working laptop

Growth Opportunities:
As we scale, top performers can advance to Senior roles, Team Lead positions, Account Executive roles, or Training responsibilities.
