**Shift:** 5 PM - 8 AM Eastern Standard Time

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable On-Call Home Care Specialist to handle after-hours customer service. The specialist will be responsible for managing fluctuations in call volume, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling inquiries, documenting events, and following up with managers and office staff. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during late hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers after hours.
- Assist with scheduling questions and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Document events and interactions in the system as required.
- Follow up with managers and office staff regarding urgent issues.
- Create daily reports at the end of each shift detailing call volume and any significant events.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during emergency situations.
- Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.

**Qualifications:**
- Required: Experience in home care is a must.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
