Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Recruiting (Remote)

We’re a U.S.-based life insurance agency looking for a reliable Virtual Assistants to help grow our team and client base.

Your main responsibilities:
• Find people in the U.S. interested in getting life insurance and book them on my calendar.
• Identify motivated, hard-working individuals in the U.S. who may be a good fit for our agency and schedule recruiting calls.

Incentives:
• Earn an additional $1 for every prospect or recruit who shows up to their scheduled appointment.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and good at communicating. If you’re skilled at researching and booking appointments, we’d love to have you on our team.
