TikTok Shop Manager – E-commerce (Supplements)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence for Natural Health Practice.

You will oversee product listings, campaigns, affiliates, promotions, orders, and shop performance. The ideal candidate understands TikTok commerce and knows how to work with creators and affiliates to increase product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage TikTok Shop daily operations
Upload and optimize product listings
Ensure product information, pricing, stock, and images are accurate
Set up promotions, vouchers, discounts, and campaigns
Manage TikTok Shop affiliate settings
Invite and communicate with relevant creators
Coordinate free sample requests and creator approvals
Monitor affiliate-generated sales and content
Review orders, cancellations, returns, and shop performance
Monitor TikTok Shop account health and policy compliance
Identify products and offers with strong sales potential
Prepare weekly reports and recommendations

Requirements
Previous TikTok Shop management experience
Knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate
Experience with creators or influencer marketing
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
Excellent written English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to monitor multiple campaigns and priorities
Shopify experience is preferred
Experience in health and wellness is an advantage
