Virtual Assistant for Car Dealership Outreach

I’m looking for a detail-oriented, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help me find and secure two Honda Civic Type-R (FL5) vehicles from dealerships across the United States. This is a milestone purchase for myself and a friend, and I want to outsource the research, communication, and coordination tasks to someone reliable and organized.

Objective:
Find 2 FL5 Civic Type-Rs (2025 model), with at least one white unit, from the same dealership at MSRP or a reasonable markup, reasonable markup is 2,000 USD dollars ready to sell or reserve as soon as possible.

???? Responsibilities:
• Build a list of Honda dealerships across the U.S. (prioritize high-volume dealers) (Texas, Florida, or the Midwest, avoid California Dealers at the start).
• Find and record contact information (email + phone) for internet managers or sales staff
• Send out outreach emails using a provided message template
• Track responses and status updates in a shared Google Sheet (e.g. in stock, ETA, color, pricing, location, contact person)
• Follow up via email or phone if needed
• Coordinate next steps once dealer matches are found

? Requirements:
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Previous experience with dealership outreach, lead generation, or cold emailing preferred
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel
• Able to send 50–100 emails in a day and handle follow-ups clearly
• Must be proactive in updates and communication

• Familiarity with the U.S. automotive industry or buying process
• Experience handling logistics or scheduling
• Comfortable calling U.S.-based phone numbers via VoIP or Google Voice
