Klaviyo CRM Admin

We're looking for a skilled Klaviyo CRM Admin with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our Klaviyo account. The ideal candidate understands the platform inside out—from setup and automation to campaign planning, performance analysis, and full account management. You should be confident working with data, segmenting audiences, and driving results through well-executed email marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and manage Klaviyo accounts, flows, and segments

- Plan, launch, and optimize email and SMS campaigns

- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Ensure deliverability, automation, and audience targeting are top-notch


What You’ll Need:
- Deep knowledge of Klaviyo’s features and integrations

- Strong understanding of data, segmentation, and campaign logic

- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results



Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm UK time zone.
