ABOUT US
I’m Dyson Allen, founder of Prime Profits and the men’s-health supplement line LEGACERRY. Our flagship product—Greatness Begins (14-in-1 Masculinity Amplifier)—is exploding on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. To push the next growth curve, we need a creative who can spin up viral, AI-driven ad content exclusively for Facebook (Meta) & TikTok.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Core Focus Details
Concept & Produce Use Midjourney / DALL·E / Runway / CapCut (or your secret stack) to craft thumb-stopping Reels, TikToks, and statics.
Hook Engineering Nail the first 0-3 seconds with angles that grab 18-35 y/o men chasing peak performance.
Rapid Iteration Launch ? pull stats (CPM, CTR, ROAS) ? tweak daily/weekly for winners.
Copy + Visual Sync Write savage captions, headlines, and on-screen text that pass Meta & TikTok policies.
Collab & Report Sync with our funnel/CRO crew and drop a quick Loom recap of wins, losses, and next tests each week.

MUST-HAVES
Portfolio of FB or TikTok ads OR short-form promos—show anything that proves skill, even if it hasn’t run paid yet.

Proven use of AI image/video tools for faster creative output.

Deep knowledge of Meta & TikTok ad policies—your work doesn’t get disapproved.

Copy skills: you can write the hook and build the visual.

Self-starter—work async, meet deadlines, no hand-holding.

NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience in supplements or men’s performance niches.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop creative best practices.

Basic motion-graphics chops (After Effects, Motion).

---------- -savvy humor that lands with TikTok culture.

COMP & HOURS
Rate: $4 – $8 USD/hr + performance bonuses for ads that beat our control.

Hours: Full-time (~40 hrs/wk). Must overlap 2-3 hrs/day (CST) with our Austin HQ.

Perks: Clear path to Creative Director, product allowance for UGC, access to our private ad lab.

HOW TO APPLY
