As our Remote Service Dispatcher, you'll be the command center of our nighttime and weekend operations. Working from the Philippines, you'll orchestrate service calls and coordinate repairs during critical hours when our US-based team is offline. What You'll Do:

Coordinate Rapid Response Operations
• Field incoming service calls with urgency and professionalism via phone and digital channels
• Deploy our mobile repair units strategically across the DFW metroplex using our dispatch system
• Make real-time decisions on job prioritization based on customer needs and technician availability

Drive Customer Excellence
• Serve as the trusted voice of AFS during critical breakdown situations
• Provide real-time repair status updates to fleet managers
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication skills

Optimize Service Delivery
• Create and manage dynamic dispatch schedules for shop and mobile services
• Coordinate with on-call technicians to ensure successful repairs
• Monitor job progress and proactively address potential delays

Manage Critical Documentation
• Generate accurate repair orders with detailed descriptions
• Process service records and maintain documentation for fleet compliance
• Track performance metrics and generate reports

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of dispatching, service coordination, or customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
• Computer proficiency and fast learning ability for new software systems
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts during specified hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive, trucking, or fleet maintenance industries
• Knowledge of US geography, particularly Texas/DFW area
• Experience with dispatch or fleet management software
• Background in technical support or operations coordination
• Experience working with US-based companies
