You will know Word Press inside and out, have the ability to write well structured Word Press Plugins (PHP) according to Word Press standards in conjunction with Premium Press child themes

You will be very good with css

You have experience with the Premium Press Themes, directory press, real estate press, coupon press, classifieds press....

You are good with graphics and have an eye for color and design symmetry.

Pluses would be:
Experience with the Flex Squeeze, Authority Pro, Fast profit themes and the wishlist membership plugin.

Internet marketing experience, understanding sales funnels, followup marketing, membership sites, affiliate marketing etc,.

Good at keyword research and SEO, article marketing, and traffic generation and back linking techniques

We will have a ton of training available for you to further your skills in your off-time, and recommend that you spend 10-15 hours a week learning above and beyond their work duties.
