Pawn Leads is a dedicated marketing and lead generation service tailored specifically for pawn brokers and pawn shops. In today’s competitive marketplace, standing out and attracting new customers can be a challenge—especially for local businesses like pawn shops. That’s where Pawn Leads comes in.

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency managing over 300 client locations, and we’re looking for a technical support representative for high-level GHL & Other Softwares we have developed to join our team full-time and handle Tier 1–2 support tickets.

About the Role:
All Tier 1–2 tickets submitted via our GHL forms or Freshdesk widget will be assigned to you. Your job is to resolve these tickets quickly, communicate with clients primarily through email, and occasionally jump on a call if needed.

Skills You Must Have:
- Master of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues fast

- Quick to respond to customer tickets and messages

- Experienced using Freshdesk or similar support platforms

- Strong understanding of domain configuration

- Expert at setting up and managing phone numbers

Requirements:
- Must work during U.S. business hours

- Must speak and write fluent English

- Comfortable hopping on a call with clients when needed
