Virtual Assistant for Video Marketing Agency (Part-Time With Growth Into Full Time, EST Hours)

Client Onboarding using Notion, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
CRM Setup using Go High Level (VidLeads) and coordinating with clients
Pitch Deck & Offer Creation with support from ChatGPT + Google Docs

Tasks You’ll Grow Into:
Generating ad copy with ChatGPT
Meta Ad campaign setup
KPI tracking and end-of-day reporting
Client check-ins and light project management

What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Available during EST business hours
Fast and reliable communication
Proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative
Resourceful: You know how to Google, ask smart questions, and figure things out
Problem-solver: You recommend solutions, not just report problems

Bonus Points (Not Required):
Experience with Meta Ads (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with Go High Level / CRM tools

Position Details:
Type: Part-time (with growth to full-time if it’s a great fit)
Salary: $6–8 CAD/hour (approx. $500–700/month to start)
Trial Period: 2-week paid trial to ensure fit for both sides
Long-term role with training and growth opportunities
