Caller/Closer using GHL Dialer

We’re hiring VAs who are sharp and confident communicators.

Must Have Experience:
Comfortable with chatting, social media engagement, DMs, and handling client replies
Skilled in inbound/outbound calling and booking qualified appointments
Confident on phone and video calls
Able to close high-ticket sales (with a proven track record)
Scraping data and sourcing quality leads
Using GoHighLevel (GHL) as a dialer and CRM
Track and manage leads through GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
Knows how to follow a script and when to go off-script naturally
Can handle objections confidently and keep the conversation moving
Fluent English speaker with neutral/light accent
Fast learner who’s comfortable with switching between campaigns
Familiar with digital marketing, funnels, and online sales cycles
Self-motivated, reliable, and doesn’t give up easily
Must be confident and comfortable speaking on both phone and video calls

Good to Have Experience:
Call center or agency background
Have been making 100–250 calls/day
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or high-ticket closing
Comfortable using GoHighLevel as dialer
