We are a content marketing company that helps founders, realtors, and service businesses become the most trusted name in town, using story-driven video content. We create strategic, repurposed content that builds local authority and turns social video into actual business growth.

We work with clients on monthly retainers, delivering high-quality Reels every single week with sharp storytelling, motion graphics, and content strategy baked in.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly creative editor to join us as our go-to Reels editor for 1 client (12 videos/month). If it’s a great fit, there’s a clear path to more clients and long-term work.

???? What You’ll Do
Edit 12 short-form Reels per month (30–60 seconds each, 9:16 and 1x1 format)

Work from scripts (based on transcripts) or full recordings to identify the best soundbites and story ---------- nts

Add motion graphics, text animation, cut pacing, and brand touches to bring the content to life

Collaborate with our team to match client style, while contributing your own creative instincts

Deliver content on a weekly schedule (usually batches of 3–4 per week)

???? You’re a Great Fit If…
You have strong storytelling instincts — especially from raw interviews or talking-head content

You’re experienced with motion graphics, kinetic text, and social-style animations

You work in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

You can manage your own time and hit consistent deadlines every week

You’re a proactive communicator and take ownership of your work

Bonus: You’ve worked with podcasts, founders, or experts on short-form content

$500/month to start (12 videos = ~$41/video)

Paid monthly; flat rate

Consistent weekly delivery required (we’ll agree on a set day)

Strong potential to grow into multiple clients and $1K–$2K+/mo

You’ll be joining a small but growing team with systems, strategy, and long-term vision
