SAAR® Media is hiring a creative, data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing digital agency. You'll plan and execute smart, effective campaigns across Google, Meta, and more — with the support, stability, and growth opportunities of a long-term team role (not freelance).

What You’ll Do
- Create and optimise high-performance Google & Meta campaigns
- Plan media buys and manage daily ad execution
- Track KPIs, report performance, and manage budgets
- Align paid media with wider marketing strategy
- Stay sharp with the latest tools and trends

???? About You
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Confident managing budgets, KPIs, and campaign reports
- Strong skills in analytics (GA4, UTM, conversion tracking)
- Proactive, communicative, and always improving
- Bonus: Canva/design skills, YouTube/LinkedIn ads, certifications

Full-time: 8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST
Salary: PHP 40,000–60,000 (based on experience)
