Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Virtual Assistant to support the growth of our beauty brand through digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in building out our online course, managing social media, creating content, scheduling posts, and assisting with email marketing and basic website edits.

This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident using digital tools like Canva, Shopify, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms. You’ll work closely with the business owner and have the opportunity to expand your hours and responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and organising content for our online training course (Thinkific)
- Design graphics and social media content using Canva
- Schedule and manage posts on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Business Suite)
- Set up basic email marketing campaigns and automations
- Perform minor edits and updates on our Shopify website
- Organise digital files, and manage shared drives (Google Suite)
- Support general admin tasks as needed

You’re a great fit if you:
- Have proven experience as a virtual assistant or digital support role
- Are confident using Canva, Google Suite, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms
- Understand content creation and branding
- Are highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
- Can communicate clearly and deliver tasks on time
- Are available for 10 hours per week, with potential to grow
