- Use our PROVEN SCRIPTS to engage and nurture partnerships.

—WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- TECH SAVVY: A Windows 11 PC, Google Chrome, and admin access for software setup (we’ll guide you!).
- CLEAR COMMUNICATOR: Professional phone skills—your voice is your superpower!
- FOCUSED ENVIRONMENT: A quiet, distraction-free space for calls (90%+ of your day).
- RELIABLE GEAR: Your own PC, stable internet, and a quality headset (noise-canceling preferred).

—PAY & PERKS
- HOURLY PAY:
- $2/hr (first 60 days)
- $3/hr (after 60 days) + $1/hr bonus for first 60 days
- $4/hr (after 90 days) + $1/hr bonus for first 90 days
- $5/hr (after 120 days) + $1/hr bonus for first 120 days
Effective rate: $5/hr after bonuses!
- BONUSES: 5bps (~$175) per closed loan referral, paid bi-weekly once they exceed your hourly pay.
- EXTRAS: Two 15-minute paid breaks daily, 1-hour lunch, paid holidays, and 1 week PTO after 120 days.
