Join Our Growing Team as a Recruiting Manager
Are you an experienced recruitment professional passionate about driving results, mentoring recruiters, and delivering top-tier talent? We’re seeking a Recruiting Manager to help lead our dynamic recruiting function. You’ll manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, ensure effective processes, and contribute directly to our organizational growth.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership:
Supervise a team of recruiters and sourcers, ensuring alignment to daily and weekly goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
Provide real-time coaching and resolve team challenges swiftly.
Lead weekly stand-ups and performance check-ins.
Process Optimization:
Support improvement of outreach strategies and sourcing workflows.
Maintain and iterate on submission templates and internal documentation.
Partner with clients and senior tea
Training & Development:
Onboard new recruiters and ensure a smooth ramp-up process.
Conduct mock interviews and resume reviews.
Share feedback and insights to help improve recruiter performance.
Client Delivery Support:
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day recruiting delivery issues.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruiters meet client-specific expectations.
Assist with strategy adjustments based on hiring trends and feedback.
Team Scaling:
Participate in workload forecasting and headcount planning.
Assist in reviewing and interviewing recruiter candidates.
Maintain team scorecards and performance tracking tools.
Reporting & Communication:
Contribute to weekly and monthly recruiting performance updates.
Share insights on improvements, trends, and team focus shifts with leadership.
What You Bring:
3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the US market (Permanent Placement).
At least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
Proven ability to meet metrics in high-performance environments.
Process-driven mindset with excellent organizational and coaching skills.
Strong communicator with a collaborative, remote-first approach.
