Powerful Words Character Development equips schools with an elite, done-for-you life skills and leadership curriculum to improve retention, enrollment, and impact.

We’re mission-driven, results-focused, and allergic to fluff. Our clients don’t need more theory — they need action and accountability. Same goes for you.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident, natural-sounding English speaker with a warm, calm, no-pressure communication style — someone who can connect with existing leads (past and present), have REAL conversations, and guide them to take action on an already highly attractive, time-sensitive offer.

This is NOT high-pressure, boiler room calling.
This is not cold calling.
This is not reading a script to strangers.

These are people who already know me or my brands. Many have expressed interest or bought something in the past. They just need a real person to help them take the next logical step — and you’ll be that person.

Must-Haves:

? Fluent, Accent-Free English – You must sound like you could be from the U.S. or Canada. If it sounds like a call center from halfway around the world, this is NOT the job for you.

? Confident on the Phone – You can think on your feet, ask great questions, and handle objections with calm clarity (we’ll give you tools for this).

? Clear Internet Connection + Quiet Environment – No background noise, choppy audio, or dogs barking. You’ll need crisp Zoom/phone quality every time.

? Follow-Up Machine – You don’t just make one call and give up. You follow up with professionalism and persistence — because you understand that fortune is in the follow-up.

? Reliable + Results-Oriented – You show up, you do what you say you’ll do, and you care about performance — not just punching a clock.

? Good Judgment – You know when to push and when to pause. You can listen as well as you speak.

Bonus Points (but not required):

?? Familiarity with the Juvenile Empowerment space (gymnastics, martial arts, youth development, education, coaching)

?? Prior experience with sales, appointment setting, or customer retention

?? Experience using GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Loom, Slack, and CRMs

What You'll Be Doing:

Calling warm leads from our Silverman Consulting and Powerful Words Character Development pipelines

Following up with people who requested info, attended webinars, downloaded resources, or bought low-ticket offers

Booking calls, collecting payments, or directly enrolling people into the current offer (depending on the script)

Using short Loom video follow-ups, emails, and/or text when appropriate (we’ll show you how)

What You WON’T Be Doing:

? Making cold calls to strangers
? Reading robotic scripts
? Dealing with angry customers or technical support issues
? Working for someone who micromanages or doesn’t respect your time

Compensation & Hours:

Part-Time to Start (10–20 hours/week, may increase)

Competitive base pay with performance bonuses
