GHL Expert & Multimedia Coordinator

Transformers Institute is seeking a results-driven GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert & Multimedia Coordinator to take over the CRM, funnel builds, automation, and integration projects currently being handled by an outside vendor. This role also includes responsibilities for video editing and content preparation for our Online training program and other client-facing assets. You will work cross-functionally with our sales, coaching, and marketing teams to ensure GHL is fully optimized to support our mission of transforming auto repair businesses through coaching, training, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Management:
Build, maintain, and optimize GHL pipelines, automation workflows, triggers, and forms

Set up calendar integrations, booking flows, and payment gateways

Manage and refine email and SMS campaigns within GHL

Build and monitor funnels, including checkout pages, landing pages, and course access workflows

Manage contact lists, segmentations, and tagging


Ensure integration with Outlook, 3CX, and other external tools
Monitor and fix broken automations or bugs in real-time
Build a clean reporting dashboard for sales and marketing KPIs

Project Coordination:
Upload and assign content in GHL


Collaborate with Jen, Doris, Fernando and Greg to prepare content launches (webinars, courses, workshops)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years working in GoHighLevel, ideally in a consulting or marketing agency setting

-Experience building from scratch (not just editing templates)
-(Ideally) Experience with Custom Objects
-Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
-Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
-Strong written and spoken English; clear communicator who can self-manage
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive to changing priorities
-Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting directives
