Job Title: Design Consultant (Freelance/Contract)
Location: Remote collaboration with our subcontractors
Project Scope:
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented design professional to assist in finalizing material selections for 6.5 bathrooms. This project involves choosing tiles, vanities, mirrors, lighting, hardware, and other finish elements. You will work with a predetermined layout, budget constraints, and a shortlist of preferred online vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to understand aesthetic goals and functional needs for each bathroom
- Source and recommend products (tiles, vanities, mirrors, etc.) from specified websites
- Ensure all selections meet design and budgetary requirements
- Compile choices into an organized format (spreadsheet or design board) for contractor use
- Provide links, specs, and visual references for all items
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio of residential design work
- Ability to work within budget and brand constraints
- Experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or design/rendering software
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Interior design degree or certification a plus
Project Type: One-time freelance contract with potential for future collaboration
