Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Lead Generation (Part-Time | Remote | PST Hours)

About the Role
Airwave Communications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant with strong experience in sales cold calling and emailing. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

This role involves reaching out to cold leads provided by our team, identifying warm prospects, and handing them off to local or regional sales reps based on territory. You will receive training in our products and solutions, along with access to all necessary tools and a company email address.

Schedule
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST (California time)
- Days/Week: Monday to Friday (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
- Fully Remote

Responsibilities
- Sales Cold Calling & Emailing
- Make outbound cold calls daily using provided lead lists
- Follow structured call scripts to qualify leads and generate interest
- Send follow-up emails when calls are missed or unanswered
- Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status in spreadsheets
- Transition warm leads to appropriate regional sales reps
- Administrative & Data Entry
- Maintain and organize spreadsheets, documents, and CRM records
- Support minor admin tasks using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Qualifications
- Fluent English (near-native verbal and written communication)
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales outreach
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Access to reliable internet and a quiet work environment for calling
Bonus: Experience in the two-way radio industry or with Motorola Solutions

Compensation & Growth
- Starting at $5/hour for 40 hours/week
- Quarterly performance-based bonuses
- Potential to grow into a full-time position
Higher starting rate offered for candidates with prior experience in two-way radio sales, technical knowledge, or background with Motorola Solutions (not the mobile company)
