Instagram DM Closer (Inbound Only – Experienced Closers Only)
We’re hiring a high-level Instagram DM closer to join our team and turn inbound interest into paying clients for Dr. Baltimore’s body recomposition program.

This is not a cold outreach role. All leads come in warm from paid Instagram ads. Your job is to qualify, close, and onboard—quickly and confidently.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
1. Closing Inbound Leads

Handle all inbound DMs from ads

Build quick rapport and guide the convo like a pro

Qualify leads, handle objections, and close sales confidently

Follow a proven SOP—but know when to adapt based on the person

2. Follow-Up and Lead Nurturing

Use our Messenger Organizer system to track every conversation

Follow up consistently (daily), without sounding robotic

Know when to push, when to hold, and when to walk away

3. Pre-Sale Support

Answer questions around gym access, nutrition, pricing, and scheduling

Eliminate hesitation and simplify decision-making for the lead

4. Strategic Input

We want more than a button-pusher—we want a thinker

Share feedback on objection trends, drop-off points, and how to improve conversions

? Requirements
Proven experience closing sales through IG DMs (you’ll be asked to show results or share examples)

Native-level written English — clear, confident, and concise

Skilled in objection handling, lead qualification, and driving urgency without pressure

Familiar with using IG labels, folders, or CRM tools for DM tracking

Have sold coaching, fitness, info products, or digital services before

Know your sales metrics (close rate, avg. response time, follow-up cycles)

Can manage high-volume flows without letting leads fall through the cracks
