JOB OVERVIEW

We are in eCommerce business that sells unique & interesting products to customers worldwide and we are currently expanding our team!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Respond to customer email enquiries, such as complaints, order cancellation and shipping status.
2. Handle products orders, fulfillment and tracking numbers.
3. Must be proficient with different worldwide address formats for fullfillment.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, an individual must have the following required skills and abilities:
1. Must have former call center, customer service or help desk experience; providing email support
2.Must Have exerience using the shopify platform and aliexpress platform!
3. We prioritise good working attitude the most
4. Strong customer service focus
5. Strong verbal and written skills in English

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 6months -1 year of experience required operating in customer service support.
2. Computer skills: MS Office, Email

WORKING CONDITIONS & HOURS:
1. Working at home
2. 7 days work week
3. 8 Hours per day
4. Must be contactable at all times via WhatsApp, Skype and email.
5. Must not hold multiple jobs. This will be your only full time job.
