Job Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven marketer with a strong background in healthcare lead generation, specifically in the chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical wellness space. You will be responsible for creating and managing paid ad campaigns, landing funnels, and lead automation systems that convert leads into booked appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and Meta
Build and optimize conversion funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms
Set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns inside Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager
Write compelling ad copy and landing page content aligned with chiropractic services
Implement SEO best practices for Google My Business and website ranking
Track and report KPIs weekly (CPL, CTR, booking rate, etc.) with clear strategy adjustments as needed
Work closely with the clinic owner to align messaging, location targeting, and offers
Ensure all advertising complies with healthcare advertising regulations
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of healthcare lead generation (chiropractic or allied health preferred)
Expert-level experience in GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO
Experience creating funnels that convert cold traffic into scheduled appointments
Ability to deliver 40+ new patients/month through targeted campaigns
Strong analytical skills to monitor data and optimize performance
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Bonus Skills:
Copywriting experience in healthcare or wellness
Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing tools and CRM systems
Knowledge of local SEO, reputation management, and retargeting strategies
