animated graphic artist

I'm looking for a person who has good photoshop and animation skills to make

512x512 animated icons for our ---------- server (I will give you our logo to use, and you will animate it to look nice)

help me create a simple yet animated layout for kick streaming site.

please send me portfolios of previous work as well as HOW MUCH per project

I will need a sample work before we start : )
