The Role: Junior Social Media Manager

We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and highly organized Junior Social Media Manager who loves turning educational content into scroll-stopping social posts. If you’re someone who gets excited about breaking down credit tips into TikTok's or explaining mortgage protection with a carousel, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation

Create reels, TikTok's, carousels, and graphics
Simplify financial topics into engaging content
Collaborate with internal teams for ideas and insights
Support video and podcast shoots

Social Media Management

Schedule posts and manage content calendars
Engage with followers through DMs and comments
Stay on top of trends and platform updates

Performance & Growth

Track metrics like engagement and reach
Share monthly reports and suggest improvements
Test new formats to boost impact and growth

Who You Are

-A content creator at heart who can simplify expert topics in fun and creative ways
-Curious and eager to learn about mortgages, investments, and personal finance
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Proactive, resourceful, and a natural storyteller

Qualifications

-1+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital communications (internships count!)
-Skilled in tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar
-Solid writing skills with a strong sense of tone and visual design
-Interest in financial literacy or experience creating content for financial services
-Bonus points if you’ve worked in or supported a regulated space (mortgages, investing, insurance, etc.)
