What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can take full ownership of our social media and content presence.
You will:
* Plan and schedule weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & more
* Create visuals using Canva or Photoshop
* Write engaging captions (English; basic German is a bonus!)
* Draft 1–2 blog articles per week (AI-supported, edited by you)
* Engage with micro-influencers (outreach, follow-ups, coordination)
* Monitor post performance and adjust content accordingly
* Use modern AI tools to generate creative content, images, and videos — we're excited to explore these tools together!

You’re a Great Fit If You:
* Have experience managing business social media accounts
* Are skilled with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
* Are proactive, creative, and independent
* Write clear and catchy English copy
* Speak basic German or are willing to learn simple phrases
* Love building communities and online brands

Working Hours
We’re open to part-time or full-time — depending on your skills and availability.
