JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing & Cold Outreach Specialist to build, execute, and scale outbound email programs that generate qualified leads for our agency. You’ll own everything from mailbox setup (Gmail, Outlook, custom domains) to campaign strategy, copy, deliverability, and performance analysis. Reports to: Head of Growth / CEO

Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Deliverability
• Set up and warm new sender domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and inbox rotations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, custom SMTP).
• Monitor deliverability (bounce/complaint rates, spam placement) and implement fixes (routing, list hygiene, content tweaks).

List Building & Segmentation
• Source, enrich, and verify prospect data via Apollo, scraping APIs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Segment by industry, persona, buying stage, and intent signals.

Campaign Creation
• Design multistep cold-email sequences and automated follow-ups in Instantly, Apollo, or similar.
• Write concise, persuasive copy tailored to pain points & ICP.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and cadences.

Optimization & Reporting
• Track KPIs (open, reply, positive reply, meeting-booked, conversion, CPL).
• Produce weekly dashboards and insights; recommend improvements.
• Build n8n workflows to push leads into your CRM or Google Sheets and trigger nurture flows.

Compliance
• Stay current on CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and local data-privacy laws.
• Manage opt-outs, suppression lists, and consent records.

Collaboration & AI Enablement
• Partner with Sales to refine ICP and feedback loops.
• Use ChatGPT for rapid content generation (subject lines, email variants, snippets) and to prototype automation logic.
• Align with Content & Design for on-brand templates and assets; share best practices with the wider marketing team.


Required Skills & Experience
2+ years running cold-email programs that booked sales calls or demos.
Hands-on mastery of Instantly and ---------- (sequencing, analytics, list building).
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin centers, plus DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Strong copywriting chops—able to craft 50-word emails that get replies.
Deep understanding of deliverability levers: sending reputation, warm-up tools, inbox rotation, throttling, personalization.
Comfortable with data-enrichment workflows, CRM integrations, and n8n automation.
Proven ability to leverage ChatGPT for content creation, personalization at scale, and automation ideation.
Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience targeting small- to mid-market B2B tech or agency clients.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach) and intent data providers.
Knowledge of HTML email templates and graphic tools (Figma, Canva).
Prior success scaling from 0 ? 5+ warm mailboxes without deliverability loss.

Key Performance Indicators (90-Day Benchmarks)
Mailbox Readiness: ? 2 new domains fully warmed with ? 5 % bounce rate.
Outbound Volume: 3,000+ personalized emails/month across segments.
Reply Quality: ? 10 % positive-reply rate on core ICP sequences.
Meetings Booked: 30+ qualified discovery calls/month for Sales.
Deliverability Health: Spam placement < 3> 90 on GlockApps/Postmark.
