JOB OVERVIEW

Bring 2 Market is dedicated to delivering exceptional visual experiences across print, digital and in-person event experiences. We work with a range of clients but mostly business-to-business using creative, solid graphic designs that help bring their brand to life and drive sales. We’re seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with Project Management skills to join our team and help shape and guide design projects from concept to completion.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This hybrid role blends hands-on graphic design with project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, a deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop), and the ability to manage timelines, assets, and communication across multiple projects. Experience in web design, motion graphics and video editing are a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and produce high-quality print materials including brochures, packaging, signage, and promotional items.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop creative concepts and deliverables.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently about design requirements, feedback, revisions, and production specs.
• Prepare print-ready files with accuracy and attention to production requirements.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow without compromising quality or detail.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on print media.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to design details, layout alignment, typography, and color.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement feedback accurately and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain and discuss design choices and revisions clearly.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and file prep standards.

PREFERED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience working with vendors or printers to coordinate and troubleshoot production.
• Familiarity with branding systems, packaging design, and multi-piece campaigns.
• Experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house design environment.
• Experience in the trade show display space.
