Our company is a Female Owned and GROWING Company Looking for Executive Coordinator/Operations Assistant in the Construction and Arts and Craft industries, as 2 divisions.
Future Positions for the successful candidate to aspire to as we continue to grow - Projects manager, IT, Operations Manager, Warehouse cordinator, Sales and Marketing Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Office Assistant with filing, Google and Microsoft (certifications preferred)
- Basic Marketing - Canva, Tailwind, Scheduling
- Google Calendar scheduling
- Client Liason

- Software knowledge in a variety of areas (CRM, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATIONS) dump them all in your application it will really help me find you.
