Live Chat Support Representative (GHL Experience Required)

Enrollio is seeking a sharp, reliable, and fast-paced Live Chat Support Representative to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our dance studio clients, assisting them through live chat with questions about our platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear and helpful solutions.

This is a remote, full-time role for someone who thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL), excellent written English, and a background in call centers or similar fast-paced support roles.

Responsibilities:

Handle multiple live chat conversations at once with speed and accuracy

Provide expert-level support for Enrollio’s CRM platform (built on GHL)

Troubleshoot client issues and escalate when needed

Maintain a professional and upbeat tone with all clients

Document resolved issues and identify patterns for improvement
