Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller/Appointment Setter with exceptional English communication skills to generate leads and set appointments for our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential real estate leads
- Set qualified appointments
- Conduct professional SMS conversations with prospects
- Leave compelling voicemails to encourage callbacks
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
- Update CRM system with accurate lead information
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and data entry

Required Qualifications:

Excellent English with clear accent - must be easily understood by North American clients
Audio/video sample required - must provide 2-3 minute recording demonstrating communication skills
Strong phone presence and professional communication style
Computer literacy and CRM experience (needed)
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup (needed)
Flexibility to work during peak calling hours (needed)
