Part-time Wordpress Developer

This position is very part time currently (2-4 hours a week)

-Add custom code to wordpress themes/templates
-Trouble shoot and manage plugins
-Move ad placements around to custom locations on the wordpress site via mobile, desktop and tablet layouts
-Dynamically display ads based our utm codes and or php
-Must have skills in the following areas:

SQL server
MySQL
cPanel
HTML/CSS
PHP, Javascript, Jquery
Site Design
Open Source
