About Us
We’re a white-label GoHighLevel agency delivering systems, automations, landing pages, websites, and full-service marketing fulfillment for agencies and small businesses. We also operate a retail channel offering direct marketing solutions to service-based businesses.
What You’ll Do
This is not cold calling. You’ll be handling qualified inbound leads agencies, entrepreneurs, and business owners looking for help automating, scaling, or launching services. Your role is to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and guide each lead to the right package.
You’ll collaborate closely with our operations team, so it’s important you understand the basics of GoHighLevel (GHL) builds, automations, funnels, and websites. You won’t be building anything you’re scoping solutions and setting expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up with inbound leads via Zoom, Slack, or
Conduct short discovery/strategy calls to uncover client needs
Recommend the right service package (SaaS, funnel, automation, etc.)
Create or update proposal briefs and handoffs for operations
Keep CRM and Slack updated with lead communication
Follow up regularly and move leads forward with clear next steps
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Solid understanding of GHL, funnels, and marketing automation (you won’t build—but you must understand what’s being delivered)
Experience in marketing or SaaS sales (bonus if you’ve sold systems or website builds)
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple active leads
Bonus: Can draft simple SOPs or client briefs
Spanish-speaking is a strong plus but not required
