* Format & finalize 2 new blog posts/week in WordPress

* Insert affiliate links and LTK widgets
* Cross-link related posts and ensure mobile-friendly formatting

**Substack Uploads (1 hr)**

* Upload formatted post with images
* Add excerpt/preview text
* Insert relevant affiliate links
* Schedule the email blast and track open-/click-rates

???? Weekly Growth & Organization Tasks — \~7 hrs/week

*Weekly Sales Round-Up (1 hr)
Research and list top fashion/home/beauty sales; format into blog or Substack with affiliate links

*Affiliate Program Expansion (1 hr)
Research/apply to 1–2 new affiliate programs; track status in shared doc

*Content Calendar Maintenance (1 hr)
Update calendar for blog, Pinterest, Substack; align seasonal content

Qualifications/ Must-Have:

* 2+ years managing WordPress blogs, Pinterest/Tailwind, and LTK collages
* Strong on-page SEO skills (meta tags, alt text, keyword research)
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work 20 hrs/week

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience with Substack newsletter management
* Basic Canva or graphic editing skills
* Familiarity with Google Analytics
* Rank IQ
