E-Commerce Customer Service Representative - Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST - Long-Term Role

Engineer Supply, a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone based in the Philippines who is fluent in English and eager to grow with us.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, timely manner
Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, product questions, returns, and refunds
Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Use internal tools (including our website backend) to manage orders and maintain customer records
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

? What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
Reliable computer setup and internet connection with no background noise
Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service (Shopify experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
Must be able to work U.S. business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (with a 30-minute lunch break)
