Job Summary:

The VIP Host is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued engagement with our crypto platform. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer service through Telegram, our primary communication channel for VIPs, to provide a seamless, secure, and engaging experience. The VIP Host will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive player retention, promote tailored promotions, and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall VIP experience.

We are a crypto website with lots of daily active users and this will require you to answer users quickly, all messaging will be via telegram. You will have a platform where you can ask us any questions that you don't know, and we will provide training to you as well to ensure you are onboarded as an employee with the correct knowledge of our platform

Key responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with a portfolio of up to 325 VIP players, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat engagement

- Telegram Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players via Telegram, responding to inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, and resolving issues in real-time with a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Player Engagement: Proactively engage VIPs through Telegram with tailored offers, event invitations, and updates on new games or promotions to drive activity and retention.

- Personalized Services: Arrange exclusive perks for VIPs, such as customized bonuses, cashback offers, higher withdrawal limits, and access to invite-only tournaments or events.

- Issue Resolution: Address player concerns or technical issues promptly, collaborating with support and technical teams to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.

- Player Insights: Monitor VIP player activity, analyze preferences and behavior, and provide feedback to management to optimize loyalty programs and marketing strategies.

- Promotions and Events: Promote casino events, tournaments, and special promotions to VIPs via Telegram, ensuring high participation and engagement.

- Feedback Collection: Gather and organize player feedback to identify pain points, suggest improvements, and enhance the overall VIP experience.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and payment teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIPs, including instant deposits and withdrawals via cryptocurrency.

You must have a great understanding of english and be able to communicate clearly without common spelling mistakes.

The salary ranges depending on your experience, but a minimum of $800 per month up to $1500 per month
