WordPress Website Designer + SEO Expert + Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time Remote)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and reliable individual to take full ownership of our website and social media content. Your job will be to redesign and optimize our WordPress site** ( ---------- ) for SEO performance and manage **daily posting on social media with engaging video and image content. This is a long-term role with growth potential.

Responsibilities:
- Redesign and optimize our current WordPress website (desktop & mobile responsive)
- Improve website speed, functionality, and layout with SEO best practices in mind
- Perform technical SEO (meta tags, schema, site structure, internal links, etc.)
- Edit photos & videos for use on the website and social media
- Post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (short-form videos, reels, before/after, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights)
- Work closely with the owner and team to ensure brand consistency
- Occasionally, create landing pages for ads or lead generation

Requirements:
- Knowledge of the construction/remodeling industry
- Proven experience with WordPress website design and development
- Proven Marketing experience with great ROI
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO best practices
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Ability to edit short-form videos and engaging visual content
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-driven


Bonus Skills:

* Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or other visual builders
* Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
* Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
* Lead generation landing page design
* Experience working with U.S.-based companies
