We currently have two immediate openings at CDS Services Inc. for the roles of Contracts Development Assistant and Accounts Administrative Assistant.

These positions are direct hires with our company—not through an agency—and offer a stable, long-term career opportunity.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time / PST)
• Time Off: U.S. Federal Holidays off with pay
• Weekends Off
• Status: Long-term, permanent position (not seeking temporary or short-term workers)
• Must not be working with multiple companies

*Contracts Development Assistant – Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, contract coordination, or government contracting preferred
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and extract information from contracts, solicitations, and federal documents
• Strong verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette for interacting with subcontractors and vendors
• Confident in making phone calls to request information, relay contract details, and coordinate submissions
• Familiarity with government platforms such as SAM.gov, eBuy, or FedConnect is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written communication skills for preparing technical responses, bid documents, and correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision

*Accounts Administrative Assistant – Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with invoice processing, service tickets/purchase orders, and general data entries preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette for interacting with internal staff.
• Confident in making phone calls to request information, relay contract details, and coordinate submissions
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy with numbers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office programs
• Ability to maintain organized digital records and support internal financial reporting
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and supporting cross-department tasks
