Here are some clear objectives that I am looking for my business in hope that will help me find the right social media marketing manager or someone who is willing to work with me. I’m looking for someone long term and with opportunities to grow as I grow as a hairstylist salary wise and to full time.

Social Media Marketing Manager Objectives
My primary goal in hiring a social media marketing manager is to significantly enhance our online presence and engagement, ultimately driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in achieving the following objectives:
* Increase Brand Awareness:
Grow our brand's reach and recognition across key social media platforms (Instagram,Tik-tok, website, google my business by influx of target clientele starting of with 4-5 new clients to 8-9 new clients and etc. within the next month then three months and etc. we will be . This will be measured by metrics such as follower growth, impressions, and unique reach. This will consist of posting on Instagram, posting posts videos, meaning reels, posting on stories, TikTok posts and etc.. We will keep the track how the social media is doing and which posts are doing the best and from there curate the post that fit the best to our brand and the clients that we’re looking to attract. When it comes to responding to messages on Instagram and TikTok, I will be responsible for those and the communication with the clients. I will need a help to generate the content meaning to edit and copyright and hashtags. I do have plenty of content that’s already ready to go. It needs just to help with selection and posting.
* Boost Website Traffic & Leads:
Drive a measurable increase in qualified traffic to our website from social media channels, leading to a [specific percentage, e.g., 15%] increase in leads or conversions within [timeframe, e.g., 3months]. This will be tracked through parameters and conversion analytics.
* Enhance Audience Engagement:
Foster a vibrant and interactive community around our brand on social media, aiming for a [specific percentage, e.g., 10%] improvement in engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, saves) within [timeframe, e.g., 3 months].
* Improve Customer Relationship Management:
Utilize social media as a key channel for customer service and community management, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and feedback, with a goal of maintaining a [specific percentage, e.g., 90%] response rate within [timeframe, e.g., 3 months].
* Content Strategy & Performance Optimization: Develop and implement a data-driven social media content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals, regularly analyzing performance metrics to optimize content for maximum impact and ROI. This includes identifying top-performing content types and refining our approach based on insights. I mentioned this above.
