We’re now expanding our content engine and looking for a strategic, execution-focused content powerhouse to own our content production pipeline and amplify our message across key platforms.

What You’ll Do:
1. Write and publish 5 to 10 content assets per day across formats: blogs, case studies, press releases, social media posts, SEO articles, and more.
2. Edit and optimize 5 to 10 existing pieces per day for clarity, keyword optimization, CTA alignment, and internal linking.
3. Manage publishing across platforms including WordPress, HubSpot, and LinkedIn, ensuring every piece is formatted, tagged, and distributed correctly.
4. Oversee end-to-end content operations including version control, release calendars, and performance tracking using Airtable or similar tools.
5. Monitor and analyze content performance daily using WordPress, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SEO tracking tools.
6. Use AI tools (responsibly) to generate first drafts, but humanize content to ensure originality, emotional resonance, and compliance with Google's search algorithm.

1. Have a hawk-like attention to detail. Typos and bad grammar haunt your dreams.
2. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
3. Can adapt writing style across formats, including technical, persuasive, and thought leadership content.
4. Know how to balance SEO best practices with tone, clarity, and human engagement.
5. Are obsessed with systems and scale. You bring structure, calendars, and frameworks to chaotic content processes.
6. Are fluent in tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, WordPress, Airtable, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion, and Google Analytics.

Bonus Points If You:
1. Have agency or startup experience writing across multiple industries.
2. Are familiar with publishing workflows in WordPress, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
3. Know how to A/B test CTAs and headlines or run lightweight conversion experiments.
4. Understand how content drives demand generation and can align copy to funnel stages.
