Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home & Auto Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients about insurance options, providing personalized coverage recommendations, and helping individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and financial future. You will play a key role in building trust with clients and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored insurance solutions for Home and Auto coverage based on client needs

Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, referrals, and in-person meetings
Prepare accurate insurance quotes and explain terms, coverage limits, and exclusions
Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and claims processes
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information
Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements
Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Valid insurance license for Home & Auto (Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and approachable manner
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in using CRM systems, insurance quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
