Influencer Partnership Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Partnership Manager. The Influencer Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with influencers, developing and executing strategic partnership plans, and overseeing the performance of influencer campaigns. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with overall marketing objectives and ensure successful implementation. Day-to-day tasks also include contract negotiation, performance analysis, and maintaining ongoing communication with influencers and partners.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and metrics
Experience in managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
Proven Account Management skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
2+ years of experience in managing influencer partnerships, social media marketing, or influencer outreach
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
