About the Role
We’re hiring a battle-tested, results-driven Marketing Team Lead to drive review generation, brand awareness, and community building across a high-volume Amazon portfolio. You’ll manage a lean team of marketing specialists, own strategic growth initiatives, and develop automated, AI-powered systems to generate reviews, community engagement, and influencer traction across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a marketing team focused on Amazon review generation, buyer engagement, and post-purchase follow-ups.
Develop and execute multi-brand community growth strategies to build brand advocates and review pipelines.
Build and manage a review acquisition system across multiple Amazon listings using compliant and creative tactics.
Launch and maintain AI-powered automated communication flows (ManyChat, Klaviyo, Zapier, GPTs, etc.) to reduce manual work.
Own influencer outreach—build a vetted roster of micro-influencers to create buzz, drive UGC, and boost social proof.
Scale social media presence for each brand; implement systems that turn buyers into loyal followers and repeat customers.
Strategize and support product launch campaigns for fast-moving brands with weekly/monthly new product releases.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to deliver review and ranking support under tight timelines.
Monitor and report on KPIs including review rate, engagement rate, social growth, and community size.
Stay ahead of the curve on Amazon policies, AI marketing tech, community growth trends, and buyer behavior.
Requirements
4+ years of proven marketing experience focused on Amazon – review generation, launches, ranking support.
2+ years of leadership experience managing marketing teams, VA pods, or agency contractors.
Hands-on experience with ManyChat, ChatGPT workflows, Klaviyo, or similar automation tools.
Strong background in community building, influencer outreach, and post-purchase buyer engagement.
Demonstrated success in building scalable systems for review capture and customer follow-ups.
Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, product review guidelines, and grey/white hat strategies.
Comfortable managing multiple brands, products, and launches simultaneously.
Highly organized, obsessively KPI-focused, and capable of building playbooks from scratch.
Passion for innovation, buyer psychology, and building hype-driven campaigns that convert.
Bonus Points
Experience using Amazon attribution, TikTok Shop, or external traffic campaigns for review + ranking boosts.
Background in private label or DTC ecommerce, managing multiple SKUs and audiences.
Strong copywriting skills for review request templates, community messages, and influencer pitches.
Familiar with influencer tools (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ) or building ambassador programs.
